John Snr began his career in the building industry in the 1960s and launched Austek Roofing in 1999 with his wife, Jyakin. Their sons, Royston and John Jnr, joined the family business over 20 years ago, playing a key role in the continued success of Austek Roofing.

John Snr has worked in the building industry for over 60 years. He established Austek Roofing in 1999 and continues to be involved in the business as Managing Director.

Sales Manager & Director
John Jr. brings 24 years of experience as a Roof Plumber to his role as Sales Manager at Austek Roofing. After honing his skills alongside other tradesmen, he joined Austek Roofing as a Director. He now oversees the sales for Austek, providing quotations, and working alongside Royston and Adam as required.

Royston boasts 25 years of experience as a Roof Plumber. After refining his expertise alongside other tradesmen, he joined Austek Roofing as a working Director. In this role, he remains actively involved in roof plumbing, collaborating closely with his brother, John Jr., and Adam.

Adam joined Austek Roofing in 2016 as a labourer, working alongside Royston and John on roof installations.

Bookkeeper & Office Administration
Jy manages office administration and handles all necessary bookkeeping tasks for Austek Roofing. With an impressive 52 years of experience in data entry and bookkeeping, Jy brings a wealth of expertise to her role in the family business.
